Product purpose:

The main purpose of the product is to create a complex web-portal of health care which can ensure a direct communication of citizens, service providers, and the state. It allows to get the access to all the apps and services from one point which enhances convenience in using and efficiency of health care services.

Key services published on Healthcare Portal:

  • The information portal where the key information on the insurance medicine programs, on change of procedure of the health care provision, and key information of the state agencies in the field of health care is published.
  • Appointment in the hospitals, GPs practices, telehealth sessions, e-mail consultations
  • Prescription and implementation of electronic medication orders
  • A secure access of the patients to the case history (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), allergic reactions, lab tests, etc.

To support a big number of apps and services in the field of health care, including complex apps and services, the portal is based on the modern Enterprise technologies and supports the following modes:

  • SSO (Single Sign On) – the authentication of the user for different systems and business services included in the portal is performed only one time (when logging in the portal)
  • Integration – the composition of functions and data of different sources in new components/images/Web-modules with the integrated navigation between these components
  • Federation – the integration of content provided by other portals, usually by WSRP technology
  • Customization – the individual setup of a view and ambient properties by the user.
  • Personalization – the setting of content provided to the user depending on the profile and its settings; personalization is based on the role of the user, his work, and functions.
  • Access control – the option of portal to restrict an access to the content and services based on the role of the user, his work, and functions.
