Receipt and record keeping of samples

The subsystem provides the following functionalities:

  • Registration of patients and samples for lab tests
  • Entry of test results
  • Barcoding of samples and results
  • Automatic transmission of test results from lab equipment
  • Record keeping of rendered services
  • Issuance of the test results (also by e-mail, on web-site, by SMS)

Tests control

Automatic distribution of tests to assigned persons depending on types of tests and results

Entry of data for each test, management of test statuses.

Record keeping and identification of microorganisms and antibiotic sensitivity considering different types of inoculation; record keeping of the sanitary and bacteriological tests.

Quality control

Maintenance of the quality control within the lab, getting the results of the quality control from the automatic services integrated into the System.

Hand input of the quality control results. Their processing in accordance with the following standards: ISO 17025:2005, ISO 15193, ISO 15195, ISO 18153, ISO 15194, ISO 17511.
